Terms of Service (Public Offer)

“Operator” — IE Murdalov Zurab Zelimkhanovich. “Service” — the Stockvela software available at https://stockvela.com. “User” — any person using the Service.

The Operator grants the User access to a cloud inventory-forecasting service under the selected plan. These Terms constitute a public offer; registration means full and unconditional acceptance.

To use the Service you must create an account with a valid email address.

The User is responsible for keeping login credentials safe and for all activity under their account.

The Service offers Starter (free), Growth and Pro (paid) plans. Prices via Robokassa: Growth — 1990 RUB/mo, Pro — 2990 RUB/mo. International users are billed in USD by invoice.

Paid plans are prepaid for the subscription period. Paid features activate after payment confirmation.

The User may request a refund for the unused subscription period within 14 days of payment if paid features were not fully used.

Send refund requests to osnzubair@gmail.com with the account email and payment date. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

The Operator will maintain service availability and protect User data.

The User will not use the Service for unlawful purposes, disrupt its operation, or attempt unauthorized access to other users’ data.

The Service provides analytical forecasts and does not guarantee commercial outcomes. Decisions based on forecasts are made by the User.

The Operator is not liable for lost profit or indirect damages arising from use of the Service.

All rights to the Service, its design and code belong to the Operator. Data uploaded by the User remains the User’s property.

The Operator may amend these Terms by publishing a new version on this page. Disputes are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
